Great phone. I like the color, the speed, quality and features. Only issues is the sound. Sometimes people have a hard time hearing me.

    • So far, so good - except screen is easily scratched!
The phone is as expected. It looks pretty new with very, very minor dings that are hardly noticeable at all. It turned right on and was fully charged when I received. I ended up doing a factory reset so that I could walk through the guided process to set it up, but that probably isn't necessary if you know what you're doing. The phone was unlocked as promised, and it was super easy to set up, just like a new phone. The battery lasts all day and isn't even depleted by the end of the day. That's what I'd expect from a new phone, so we're good there. My one word of warning is to put a screen protector on immediately. I made the mistake of not putting on a screen protector until the second day I had it because I was so busy the first day. That proved to be a bad decision, because I put a permanent scratch on the screen, and I'm not even sure how. I was so careful. My only guess is the glass used during the refurbishing process is lower quality than the original. ... show more
