    • GREAT phone, didn't notice anything wrong with the fact it was refurbished, BUT...
BUT... make sure you FACTORY RESET the phone as soon as you can. My phone had been overheating for no reason at random when I first got it, and the camera quality was kind of off too. I looked it up online, and what you're supposed to do with certain refurbished phones is just factory reset the entire thing before using it. I don't know what it does, but it solved the overheating and camera problems for me. Aside from those issues, I never noticed anything else after factory resetting it. The phone itself was spectacular. The camera worked VERY well and ZOOMS so nicely as well. On top of the actual zoom lens, the digital zoom it offers to go even farther was exceptional. I mainly purchased this phone because, at the time, it had the best camera on a phone, and it met its expectations in totality. For any other phone-related aspects, I must admit I'm pretty lacking in that department. One annoying thing I noticed, some small honestly, is that when highlighting certain words or sentences, the popup window giving you the options to "copy, cut," etc. would randomly cover the sentence you're trying to work on, obscuring your view of what you're trying to edit or copy or whatever. I love my Google 6 pro. It's just hard to find a case because it's like they don't even make any for the pros and if you find them they're expensive. So I am looking for the Google 9 pro. Whenever they take the prices down to me is not much difference but I can't see myself paying that much for a phone. So I will have to wait for the prices to go down for the nine pro. Until then, the six pro is still great. I don't know how to work everything but it's okay ... show more

I bought the phone because I have T-Mobile. I never thought that it wouldn't unlock? I used it over a year and no problems. Decided to try another carrier and it is SIM locked. T Mobile will not unlock it. Went to the store and talked with T-Mobile support and got a vague answer. I have to go back to the seller to get it unlocked? I bought it from Amazon as renewed. Fully paid for!! I should be able to take phone where I like, according to regulation. Amazon needs to do a better job of making resellers (Bayshire) explain that this phone will never work with another carrier. Terrible for the end user and I do not recommend buying from this seller or a renewed product without better representation for end user. ... show more

Love the pixel 6 pro. They sent me one in very good condition, as advertised and it works well. The battery life is a little weaker and there is no face recognition which I don't like. The live transcribe is VERY good and is usually perfect.

    • As good as it gets!
The cellphone came as good as was promised. I found no keens or signs of use in this equipment. Everything works as new. I wouldn't say I liked the packaging though because it was lesser protection and the cellphone could have broken. The only downside I found is the T-Mobile lock. The vendor should unlock the product before selling it. I live in the Dominican Republic and I was able to use it with Altice after turning off the Device management app. Yet, I still have to complete the unlocking by using the built-in app. I am really happy with this product! ... show more

    • Decent phone, issues with calls and texts
This is a good phone design. It looks good and the display is nice. I wanted to check it out after having an iphone for years. Unfortunately, I had a lot of trouble with the communication pathways on the phone. I once had a call for about ten minutes and within that time, it dropped the call around 6 times. I had frequent issues with dropped calls when I had this phone. I also wouldn't receive text messages individually or group messages at all. I ended up returning the phone and went back to iphone. I don't have issues with dropped calls or missing messages at all anymore ... show more

I bought this phone for my vacation trip, in case of getting mugged I won't feel bad about losing it. I made sure my phone had the Synology apps that would back up all of my photos that I take. The phone's battery life was not bad, I lasted almost a whole day; however, I am not a heavy user. I also like that booting up, there is no overlay, like the other phones since this is pure Android.
