My wife purchased this phone as gift for me on black friday special. After hours of setting up the phone and signing into apps, email, vpn etc, google support wanted me to wipe phone and start over to verify that it was google problem. Serious headache... There was a trade-in for my old iphone that was not honored at the promised amount. The screen was not cracked, the phone powered on and the phone was reset as they asked. Now my iphone 6s plus is gone and i was given half of the promised amount for the phone i used daily. Every time I try to contact customer service it takes an hour to an hour and a half. No resolution and no follow up as promised. This gadget is supposed to make my life easier, instead I have only become more aggravated. ... show more

Received the item in fully working condition as expected in sealed packaging. BUT even though the title says this is an international version, it is in fact a Verizon variant and came with a Verizon SIM preinstalled, and the bootloader is NOT UNLOCKABLE but it is network unlocked, meaning you can use any SIM card with it. If you care about bootloader unlocking and rooting the device, look elsewhere. Otherwise, excellent! ... show more

    • The Larger Size is Worth It
Great phone, great camera (for a phone). I got the XL for longer battery life, and it delivers on that. I can go all day and still have over 50% battery. Another plus to the larger phone is when I'm using it as a navigator in my car. More than happy all around.

Ordered unlocked Pixel 3 XL 128GB for GSM network. Received a CDMA phone with a Verizon sim card in it. The phone is on the "no-pay list" and it was locked by the carrier. Verizon was worse than helpful, they were rude.
