Best Android Phone
I've always wanted a "pure" Android experience when it came the phones I would purchase and use but I found that to be impossible since every manufacturer and carrier put their bloatware onto the phones. With the Google Pixel phones I get just that. It runs much smoother, the pictures are absolutely amazing, and you get all the updates immediately unlike all of the other phones and carriers that make you wait for 6 to 9 months. ... show more

Poor Customer Service
My wife purchased this phone as gift for me on black friday special. After hours of setting up the phone and signing into apps, email, vpn etc, google support wanted me to wipe phone and start over to verify that it was google problem. Serious headache... There was a trade-in for my old iphone that was not honored at the promised amount. The screen was not cracked, the phone powered on and the phone was reset as they asked. Now my iphone 6s plus is gone and i was given half of the promised amount for the phone i used daily. Every time I try to contact customer service it takes an hour to an hour and a half. No resolution and no follow up as promised. This gadget is supposed to make my life easier, instead I have only become more aggravated. ... show more

The device was as expected except for one caveat
Received the item in fully working condition as expected in sealed packaging. BUT even though the title says this is an international version, it is in fact a Verizon variant and came with a Verizon SIM preinstalled, and the bootloader is NOT UNLOCKABLE but it is network unlocked, meaning you can use any SIM card with it. If you care about bootloader unlocking and rooting the device, look elsewhere. Otherwise, excellent! ... show more

The Larger Size is Worth It
Great phone, great camera (for a phone). I got the XL for longer battery life, and it delivers on that. I can go all day and still have over 50% battery. Another plus to the larger phone is when I'm using it as a navigator in my car. More than happy all around.

Like buying it directly from Google, with better shipping.
Was in original packaging. Had to remove all protective stickers. No scratches and noticeably new. Great product with everything inside.

wrong description (GSM Only, No CDMA) Factory Unlocked
Ordered unlocked Pixel 3 XL 128GB for GSM network. Received a CDMA phone with a Verizon sim card in it. The phone is on the "no-pay list" and it was locked by the carrier. Verizon was worse than helpful, they were rude.
