the phone came earlier than expected, pleased with the quality, the phone meets the ad specifications. it came earlier than the cable to charge it arrived haha. it comes with a teeny tiny cord, usb c to usb a. did not come with the original cord converter, so you might need to pick up a converter if your previous phone was micro usb instead of usb-c, and you want to transfer your data. I am loving this phone! It's smaller than my last two phones but fits in my purses even better. This phone is unlocked and my T-Mobile SIM card worked as soon as it was installed. Fingerprint reader is spot on so no complaints there. The camera is wonderful. I am very pleased with the photos I took on my recent trip to NC. The battery seems to last for most of the day and recharges quickly with the plugs included. Only thing I don't like is no space for an SD card for extra storage. This is perfect. I had to replace the battery about a year later but it still works has great camera and despite all the drops it's taken out of a 20 foot crane it only has 1 barely noticeable crack. I have easily 100 games and it still works.

Just the right size. Many of the current crop of phones are just too large. Works great. Excellent camera. Nice, quality feeling glass case. Fast processor. Plenty of memory. Cordless charging capability is a very good feature (doesn't come with the cordless charger).

I have no idea how this phone is as a phone - it is not unlocked. It is a Verizon phone so I cannot activate it. Have to return and I'm not happy about that as it seems like a good phone. I took it to the Sprint store and they confirmed it was a Verizon phone and I couldn't use it with my existing account. They, of course, tried to sell my their Pixel 3, but they don't have a 64GB and I specifically wanted an unlocked 128GB which is what I had ordered. Too bad the product is not as advertised as it looks like a great phone. Also, arrived 3 days after shipping arrival date. Not that big of a deal, but it would have been nice to get the item when it was promised. Especially since I have to return it. This is actually my first Amazon return so I will update how that goes as well! ... show more
