A practically new phone (no scratches/dents, 100% BH) but essentially useless as it was locked to Verizon. Verizon support was unable to help me and asked me to contact the original seller as they cannot verify that this device belongs to me. I had seen the mixed reviews around the unlocking status but decided to try it out as I felt it absurd that Amazon is allowing a seller to list a phone as Unlocked which it isn't. long story short: people said it may not be unlocked, i got it thought it was locked by verizon, due to the contact verizon screen that pops up when you select setup eSIM, turns out if you click the transfer a sim from another device option it just works. im on att, data, calls & text all work. other than the slight annoyance that i mightve bought a carrier locked phone this is a great deal and in great shape, not a single mark on the device and checking the battery health settings its at 100% so i basically got a brand new pixel at 40% off retail price. good cameras, good battery life, anti-smear coating on the screen so i dont see smudges and the most software features i have seen given exclusively to a device. ... show more

Wifi disconnected after one day. Unable to regain wifi after every option ie network reset. The only way I got wifi back is factory reset. AND the phone is locked when it's advertised as UNlocked.

I got two different acceptable phones, the screen was in solid shape no scratches. 1. phone had some dings on the edges, nothing to cry about since it would live in a case forever. 25 on charge cycle. 2. the second phone had a scratch from top to bottom, but it was light and next to the bezel so not noticable. 69 on charge cycle. Wished they were factory unlocked and not former Verizon. But it was Pro Prepaid Verizon based on IMEI #. Battery health was 100% on two of the phones. All around I feel it was a good deal. But beware if you want to unlock the boot loader since they are the Verizon variant, you cannot quite do that. ... show more

It came a day late but was exactly what I ordered and I had my service switched in 10 mins. I was on mint mobile which is T-Mobile network. It was seamless. The phone looks brand new, no scratches or or blemishes. It came in a box with one USBC cord. So far it's working really well. I've only had it for 24 hours. I would buy again. It was definitely unlocked when it arrived. You should be aware though that they make you sign for the delivery. I did not know that and I almost missed it because I was at work when it arrived. I tend to be skeptical of 1-star reviews, and I have had good experiences buying refurbished tech on Amazon. However, I'm very disappointed by the phone I received from YYwireless. The condition was marked "Renewed - Excellent" but the phone I received had a noticeable chip/scratch in the camera glass, numerous fine scratches across the rear camera glass, and visible dirt and residue around the camera bar that suggests the device was not thoroughly refurbished or cleaned. Bottom line: these defects do not meet Amazon's posted "Renewed-Excellent" rubric for cell phones. I immediately contacted customer service and asked for the item to be replaced with a phone that actually meets the quality rating at the same price, but I was only able to return and start over, even after I sent photos of the damage, as requested, and they acknowledged the issue. I never even turned the phone on. This was a huge waste of time - it took about one week between purchase, some back and forth with customer service, and realization that I had no option but to return it and start over with my search. ... show more
