    • Wish Nest hadn’t become Googled
This is a replacement for one that lasted about 4 months and the third one. The original one was Nest before Google and ADT hijacked it. So simple when it was just Nest. Setup was a nightmare and having to view through Google Home is an added hassle. Add our antiquated WiFi from our only IP choice and it just adds to a frustrating experience that didn’t exist when Nest was stand alone. Very misleading listing and I’m returning both cameras. Just make it clear, there’s no stand included, and they’re not magnetized, so worthless without the stand. Thank you for wasting my time.

I have 5 Nest cameras, 1 of which is reliable. Ever since Google bought Nest things have been in a tail spin. Every time there is a power glitch the cameras lose the network connection and the only way to repair is remove the device from the Google home app and reinstall it as a new device. I must say that the formerly user-friendly, well-supported, highly functional Nest Cam Comapny has sadly and precipitously declined in all three of these areas. It seems that the companies taken over by Google immediately begin to decline in terms of customer service, functionality and accessibility.
