What a great little system. 2018 and still going strong. Our old Bryant rusted out and this was the replacement. Only thing that went bad was a contractor but that was bc by a lizard got fried and red ants ate him. Very very efficient system thus far and I’m glad I went with this system bc it was affordable ($3400). Each and every system has been Goodman replacements. Just waiting for mini split home central air replacements to be more affordable. 5/6/25: Still going. Very efficient system without complaints. Quiet and strong motor inside/outside unit. Still happy. I didn’t spend $12k-$15k like my neighbors with (rheem/ruud/trans et ). I still read a lot of chatter about build quality on these units and I ignore them. I look and see nasty photos of the inside systems. Mines dust free and clean as a whistle (3M filters people - don’t cheap out on filters).     • Don't buy it.
To start, the ADVERTISED heat pump didn't come with the air handler. It was shown and described as a complete system. It isn't. All you get is the air handler. It didn't even come with the heat kit. I had to buy that separately. I am not pleased at all.
