I originally wrote a great review for this product. However, after only being installed on a post in our garden for a little over a month, we noticed that the glue had let go on one seam and the whole house is coming apart. We took it down to see if we can repair it and realized that the white finish is really not holding up. So, as you can see in the photos, we've taped up everything and are putting a fresh coat of white paint on it. We will need to drill holes to put nails and glue in to repair the spot where the wood pieces are separating. All in all, fixable but for the price I don't think we should have to do this. I was going to purchase a second bird house from Good Directions in a different shape but am now rethinking that. Of course, the return window has closed. Really liked the look of this but very disappointed in the quality! ... show more
