I’ve been wanting to try a Pilates style workout for a while now, but wasn’t interested in dropping $200 plus a month at a Pilates bar. I’ve been looking for another form of workout(s) to supplement my existing eeekly routine to mix it up a bit and help me zone in on losing more inches. So why not try one of these bars??!!!! This workout bar is worth the purchase. It seems durable so far. It’s easy to assemble. It’s easy to adjust the length of the bands to get the best resistance for each exercise. The workout poster helps get right into a workout without having to search for a routine online. There is a QR code to access video workouts and information about the product on the workout poster but I haven’t looked into that yet. To help with this review too, I had weight loss surgery 14 mos ago with pretty consistent exercise the last month so I don’t have a history of being an exercise junkie. I’d have to say though - this Pilates bar is something anyone of any fitness level can do and definitely will benefit from. It will get you sweating and heart rate will reach 100+ on quite a few exercises so you’ll feel it but you set it with the resistance based on the three different bands and length of the bands. I’m feeling like this workout bar is exactly what I’ve been looking for to help replace some of the mundane stretches and exercises I’ve been looking at. I even bought once already for my daughter to help her get more active and trim down her mommy tummy. We’re both pretty excited to see what our results might be!

Overall, I'm satisfied with the product. It's an excellent option for home workouts, especially if you have limited space or are on the go. The bar is easy to setup, and its portable design makes it perfect for a quick workout. The resistance bands provide a good level of challenge. Pros: • Easy to setup and store • Portable: Perfect for workouts on the go, I can easily pack it for travel. • Good for Beginners: The resistance level is sufficient for basic Pilates moves Cons: • Durability concerns: After a few weeks of regular use, the resistance bands seem to lose some tension • Limited Resistance: For someone looking to build significant muscle, this might not offer enough resistance. It’s best for light to moderate workouts.

I honestly love this! I use it everyday and it does give a good workout! I love that it also gives examples for the different areas for working out. I've recommended it to a few friends when they can't make it to the gym for a home workout. I also like that its not big and bulky, it can be put up against the wall, the bands are good and sturdy as well.

I’ve been looking for a way to keep up some sort of exercise routine while traveling. (Not every hotel has a gym. And many that do don’t keep the equipment in top shape.) I’ve never done Pilates, but decided to give this fairly compact kit a try. The kit itself seems well made. But I’ve found Pilates isn’t for me. If you enjoy this style of workout, this kit seems okay, except for the instructions, which are poorly explained and illustrated.
