I really like this bar to do my stretching and exercises! I don't really like to exercise but with this bar and a u tube video, I am really liking it.     • Love the idea, love the customer service... had to learn to make it work for shorter people.

Our main focus was to be able to to squats with resistance on those days we can't get into a gym. The only problem is that we (5'5") couldn't seem to get resistance no matter how tight the adjustable cables were. When you squat, the cables fall off because there is NO resistance. There should be resistance beginning from the squatting position. We contacted the company and they explained how to use the cables with a wrap technique in order to achieve the resistance we wanted. They also gave us the option for a full refund. We didn't contact them for a refund because we can surely use it for so many other exercises. But the fact that they are so inclined to make sure customers are completely satisfied with their products is Class A service. We appreciate their patience, dedication, and professionalism. This kind of service sets the bar for other companies and will certainly have us coming back to order more products from them. 5 star rating!!! Highly recommend this company! ... show more

Lots of bang for the buck. Seems well made. Comes with a sheet that folds showing lots of exercises. My only suggestions is that they laminate the folded sheet to make it more durable for travel. Other than that Im happy! Worth the buy.

I bought this as a "starter set," since I am a beginner. I wanted to see how I would like doing this type of workout at home, before investing in a pricy set, only to have it sit in a closet. I thought I'll get something affordable now, then purchase something nicer (better quality) at a later date if I found these items useful, but I'll be honest, I don't think I'll need to "trade up" any time soon because these items are hella nice! Everything is very well made, sturdy, and the variety of exercises you can do is impressive. There is a sheet which breaks down the exercises based on target areas, which is great.
