Changing out the different bands and handles was really easy to do and even though this was light weight and compact when broken down it was an effective resistance workout. I was looking for something that I'd be able to use to exercise my shoulder in a way similar to the exercises I learned in physical therapy without having to attach it to a door frame or brace it against anything. I'm always too afraid that I will damage the woodwork with things like that. This was great because you could use your own body weight for resistance. The chart wasn't as helpful as it could be in explaining some of the exercises, but it was easy to figure out, easy to use and very light and transportable. ... show more

    • Physical therapy at home
I've had a Pilates bar before but with only one band and no accessories. I knew I liked the type of exercises I could do with a bar and this set gives me a so many options. I'm able to use the bar to stretch my arms, shoulders and back gently. The bands, being in different tensions, let me work out light if I need to. On days I feel really good I can reach for the stronger tension bands. I've had two back surgeries so it's important that I keep my core strong. I don't like driving to physical therapy appointments and I live in a small apartment, so equipment I can't put away is not an option. This fits my needs perfectly. The door anchor holds firm and lets me do a lot of the exercises that I need for physical therapy. The hand/feet straps are great. The loops are big enough to fit my feet with my sneakers on and the handles are nice and comfortable. The chart is nice to have and let’s me choose an area to work on or I can choose one or two for each area and do a complete workout. When I’m done it all breaks down and fits in a bag for easy storage. ... show more

I really like home workouts so this Pilates set was a perfect addition to my home gym. I like that the bands are different weights and I can even combine them. It’s easy to store and travel with. The set is also really sturdy and durable.
