Description

How to Avoid Tapes of Tape Hair Extensions Not Sticking? 1.Before installation, ensure hair is clean and dry. Avoid washing for 24 hours, and keep conditioner away from the scalp and tape. 2.After application, lightly press the tape area with an 80–90°C straightener for 3–5 seconds to enhance adhesion. How to prevent pulling and ensure flat lay? 1.Apply tapes to thick, horizontal sections parallel to the scalp. Ensure the hair fully covers both top and bottom of the tape. 2.Avoid placing near thin or fragile areas. If tension persists, consult a certified stylist for proper placement. How to apply the tape neatly for maximum adhesion? 1.Align new tape flush with weft edge. Use a rigid card to smooth from center outward, removing air bubbles. 2.Ensure full, wrinkle-free coverage of the PU strip. 3.During application, align top/bottom wefts precisely at roots and press firmly. Can I sew or braid these like regular wefts? No. Designed only for tape-in use. PU backing isn’t needle-safe—sewing may damage integrity. Stick to tape method. How to prevent tangling and frizz? 1.Avoid sleeping with wet hair, as friction can easily cause tangles and damage its shape. 2.We recommend using a silk pillowcase, which significantly reduces nighttime friction and is smoother than cotton, effectively preventing tangles. I am giving one star because the color was a perfect match, so I'll give credit where credit is due. I purchased these extensions because of all of the positive reviews. I did my research and watched numerous tutorials on how to install them. First let's start on the extensions themselves. There is absolutely NO way that they were new. They came with no protective covering on the glue strips. The extensions were all stuck to the glue adhesive, the adhesive was stuck to each other and some of the adhesive wasn't even sticky so I couldn't install it. Next the ends of the hair were so dry it was like doll hair, it felt like straw. But the hair near the adhesive was so disgusting and greasy. I had to wash and condition the hair before attempting to install it. I had help installing and I watched numerous tutorials. They were installed correctly, but I am guessing because the adhesive wasn't sticky some of them did not stick to the other piece of adhesive and fell out immediately. Its been less than a week and multiple wefts have fallen out, they look like a mess and by the end of the day they are so dry I have to wash and condition them. Yes they were affordable, but I am convinced that someone bought them, installed them, returned them and I got said extensions. I am so disappointed and will never order from this company again. ... show more

Very easy to install and great if you need a break from spending hundreds of dollars on move ups. I will say that the Googoo brand tape is not good. The wefts kept falling out. So I highly recommend that you get a different brand of tape. Lastly the hair does tangle and gets very dry. For what your spending it’s not terrible. ... show more

I ordered the GooGoo Tape in Weft extensions and was extremely happy with the quality of the extensions I received. With Amazon extensions you don’t always know what you’re getting and I’ve definitely ordered my fair share. Most of the brands I have tried have either been very dull, thin, and tangled easy so I didn’t have high expectations. However when I pulled these out of the package I was immediately impressed with not only how incredibly soft the hair is but the color was beautiful and bright blonde (60A) just like the picture. I also loved just how thick the weft felt and that the density of the hair literally went all the way through to the ends!!!! Usually ends tend to be super stringy and thin but not these! I’ve brushed, washed, and styled these a number of times since installing them and they have stayed so silky and smooth! Instal was super easy and so far I haven’t had an issue with the tape. I use the sandwich method so perhaps that helps but I may try the single sided tape method when I move them up just to see if I like that better. Hair is absolutely gorgeous! I purchased the wide 8cm tape ins, 18inch 160g and it was perfect for a full head. Hair remained thick from top to bottom which a lot of hair extensions aren’t consistent with. So comfortable, took under 30 mins to put in. Cut a few layers into them and they’re ready to go! I like the way these extensions feel. They look pretty nice. Even after around 3 months of wear. They don't tend to tangle. But they smell gross to me. I've taken care of them like I should. Since the first wash, they've had a musty smell. They'll initially smell fresh right after washing..but it fades quickly and the hair smells musty.
