Works perfectly for my Sony camera. Battery life for the camera was an issue of this. With the cord being long it is perfect to plug in while recording 1hr long videos and not having to worry about my actual battery being hurt!

Bought this to be able to use my Sony ZV-E10 for live-streaming and it works as expected. No complaints so far. Over heating was a concern however it hasn’t been an issue since I leave the battery door and flip out screen open for cooling. I’ve done several multi-hour livestreams so far and it works great. Pros: Cheaper than getting the expensive Sony version, works as intended, seems well built. Cons: None really that I can mention. ... show more

Works well with my sony a6000. pros: - powers camera while leaving usb port available for use with intervalometer or for tethering to laptop. - good for time lapses, astrophotography, or other situations where you will need camera to be powered on for several hours but don't want to ruin shot by having to change battery. - long adapter cable so converter box will not be dangling from your camera if you use a tripod cons: - your camera is no longer weather resistant when using this instead of regular battery - although your camera won't shut down or lose power, it may still tell you that there is a decreasing percentage of battery or even tell you that there is no battery life left.
