Bought this to be able to use my Sony ZV-E10 for live-streaming and it works as expected. No complaints so far. Over heating was a concern however it hasn’t been an issue since I leave the battery door and flip out screen open for cooling. I’ve done several multi-hour livestreams so far and it works great. Pros: Cheaper than getting the expensive Sony version, works as intended, seems well built. Cons: None really that I can mention. ... show more

    • It works with SONY ɑ6000 for LIVE-STREAMING
This device is able to power my SONY ɑ6000 with no problems. I haven't had any issues with the camera overheating, but I also have only used this device to convert my camera to a webcam for ZOOM meetings. The camera does show the battery percentage drop a little, but I just take that to mean that the transformer isn't supplying too much voltage that might damage the camera. The brick says that it is UL listed. Originally I was having problems where the battery insert wouldn't sit in the camera properly and so the camera wouldn't receive power. But then I saw a picture that another reviewer left that showed how you can close the battery door with this dummy battery inside the camera. Once you realize how to do this, the unreliable nature of this device is eliminated. ... show more

A lot of the shots I'm taking are indoors so this is really nice to never have to worry about swapping batteries, wearing them out unnecessarily, or running out mid use.
