This tape is great. It is a little thicker than some brands but really holds up. I use 3 layers to get 1/32 over and it holds up well. I had no issues with it pealing back after adding solvent. I plan to stick with this brand!

Great alternative to buying the pre-cut strips as this product saves you lots of money and works very well. It is standard thickness, tape not the thin, cheap stuff you find online.

    • It's doubleback sticky tape, but is great for golf clubs. That is what it is sold for.
I've been using this tape for about 25 years. Used to buy it right at the store, until most of the Golfworks closed down. Glad I can still find it online. This is great tape for golf clubs, and I know a lot of club makers who ditch the little strips that come with grip sets in favor of this. Slower tack with mineral spirits when you put on the grip allows you minutes, instead of seconds to get the grip properly set and aligned.     • Better than other tape I've tried.
Best tape I've ever used. Some others I've tried would get the grips stuck halfway on because the adhesive activated too early. With this tape, the grips slide on smoothly with no problem at all.
