I have used this mat for the better part of three months now and have hit 1000+ golf balls on it. I have to say that the construction is very well done. It shows no signs of wear and tear. I bought the extra thick premium mat and it feels amazing to stand on, in addition to hit off of. I do like that it gives feedback when I hit my club fat against it. I can definitely tell the difference from a clean shot as I do receive more grab from this turf than a cheaper product. Those results are usually evident in my simulator program and I’ve learned that translates to the golf course very well. I can say also that the size is perfect. I purchased a golf practice outdoor cage. The mat that accompanied it lasted one practice round. But this thing has staying power. I purchased the thicker style and it resembles the practice mats at the expensive ranges that measure distance, ball speed, etc. Just be sure to use a plastic tee. Rolled out flat and was laying nicely. Been outside on a flat slab for several weeks and now is curling up on all 4 sides. Waste of money!!! Edit: Company quickly responded and corrected the issue. Not most durable but great customer service!

Mat is big and grass part feels good when I swing my club on it. It’s kind of thin, not like the ones at the driving range but good for home use. It still heavy enough that it doesn’t move when I use it but light so I can transport it easily. The free tees, balls and alignment sticks are a bonus. It works perfectly with my golf net. After only a few days I noticed this fine green powder on my clubs. This makes me concerned about what the mat is made of and if I'm breathing in these fine particulates every time I swing. The possibility of health risk with the dust is not worth the lower cost and it's being returned. If the mystery microplastic powder doesn't worry you, then overall it's an okay hitting surface for the relative cost. At best. The rubber bottom is very thin. I rarely write reviews but I’m throughly impressed with this product. I can hit my irons off of it without a tee and it’s very forgiving on the occasional mishit. Not a fan of the tees provided, I’d rather hit directly off a taller rubber tee. Otherwise you end chasing the tee after each shot.
