    • It helps to hit long!
Based on past experience with one, these help to get a feel for swing mechanics! If you have muscle memory this will help. My arms don’t lock out and are constantly flexing outward … so not helpful! But it lets me see what is possible! It should help most golfers! I’m hoping it will help my spouse!

As a retired Certified PGA Teaching Professional I have the mindset that training aids can be beneficial. This product doesn’t cut it for me, nor would I recommend it. There are other aids that are better. But, give it a try if you wish. Some players apparently like it.
