Very simple set up. The unit is quite enough to run in my waterfowl blind. It's already cleared and area of about 1000 sq feet of algae and its keeping a 40 ft diameter opening in the ice. Simple plug in operation!

Poor quality hose
I am happy with everything except the hose. It sinks, until you turn the pump on. Then it floats to the surface. After about ten minutes of use, the hose blew out on both of the outlets. The pump also gets hot, possibly leading to the blowout.

Flimsy not weighted hose
The hose included is terrible, it is not weighted, just floats on water. It is also thin, cannot handle the air pressure, mine exploded within one hour of use!!! And again later when I cut and removed the blown part, it’s a real disappointment. The pump is good
