Love this watch since I first ordered on last year. Liked it so much that I ordered more to give as gifts to family. Absolutely love this watch. It looks great, particularly the low profile depth against a moderately sized face. The band is comfortable, almost nonexistent, and has handled long hikes and bike rides in dry, dusty conditions. The display is bright even under direct sunlight. I don't really use the stopwatch or alarm features. I just wanted a good looking piece for everyday wear, and this is so much better than I had expected. At this price, it's really a remarkable find. A really nice looking watch for a great price. I wanted a slimmer watch and it is very slim compared to the other bulky watches. The quality is amazing and it’s nice to wear. Has many great features. I love it when I buy something expecting to not be fully satisfied but when it arrives its exactly what i wanted. I needed a thin watch with a large display, 24hr dislpay, stop watch, alarm and a light up button, and i didn't want to look like a dork wearing some cheap watch. Well, this watch accomplished that and it was very inexpensive. It had all those simple features, large modern watch face with a wide enough, adult -looking band. This is a great watch. I've owned a lot of digital chronometers over the years and many of them have multiple features I don't need. This one has the stopwatch and an alarm and a backlit face which is all I really needed to watch. The feature that's really nice about this watch is that it is much thinner than most chronometers. This is the thickness of an average watch instead of a big clunky size like many chronometers. It's very easy to set, and use the features. I would highly recommend this watch. ... show more

Not sure why wrist watches have become so large and heavy, especially since in a watch, size does not matter. Though larger in diameter than I care for, the Golden Hour GH1313 being thin is a big plus and on my postal scale, it weighs in at 1.3oz (38g). Received the watch on 12/06 and it is very easy to set up the time and the date. It has a stopwatch function, which I'll probably never use, and an alarm which will come in handy when I travel. The oversized watch dial is very visible and the pretty aqua colored light is plenty bright enough and remains on for about 3 secs. Overall, a nice watch for the price... I have included some photos and you may notice that the date for Saturday in December is 19, but if you look at the calendar you will see that the 19th in December is a Tuesday. So of course you're thinking, 'well. the twit set the watch up wrong' and that is the exact thing I thought. So I went back and worked to get the thing properly set and as I scrolled through the 31 days available to set for the date, I became disappointed in my brand new watch. In my photos, I could have of course set any date for any day and claimed foul in the hopes that the vendor would ship me a new watch just to shut me up. However, one of the photos shows the date as 38 and 39 and there is no way for me to fudge those. Those two numbers show for the 28th (38), the 29th (39), the 30th (38), and the 31st (39). The other inaccurate dates are the 8th (18), 9th (19), 10th (28), and the 11th (29). So if I can't trust the calendar, how can I trust the time? ... show more

All in all this is a great watch but there's one feature that has me just plain urked. The button to adjust time time, which is left side lower (see marked up photo), only needs to be pressed 3 times to take you directly into the time and date adjustment option. And the button is so easy to press that each time you move your wrist a certain way it toggles off the main screen to the screen where you adjust the time. That has really been the downfall of this watch. If not for that single things I literally would have purchased 5 for myself (figuring that should last me a good long time) and probably every male in the family would be getting one for whatever occasion would warrant a gift. This really is a great simple stylish watch. The face is super clear & easy to read. It's ultra lightweight and comfortable. And for the price.... You really can't go wrong. It tells time, date, and day of week very clearly. Then there's an alarm and stop watch. Also seems to hold up well in the shower. The light sometimes looks green, sometimes blue depending on other lighting. Either way, clear, bright and again, easy on the eyes. ... show more
