Just finishing 600 sq. ft. of flooring and the Goldblatt Tapping Tool worked marvelously and still looks brand new. I highly recommend spending a little bit more and buying a quality tool like this. Far better than the small tapping blocks.

    • Good, but not the best
Professional contractor here. I do a lot of flooring installs. This is pretty nice but not as nice as the Marshalltown one. The non contact edges are too harsh/sharp. Digs in to your fingers. Thats a pretty minor issue. Overall very nice tapping block.

    • Perfect weight for LVP.
I've used lighter blocks and this one is much better. Just make sure you pad your hand as repeated blows will give you blisters

    • Best tapping block for the money
If you are installing any type of floating floor system, you need this! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money on those budget kits, they’re not worth the aggravation, cuts, and bruises. The size and mass of this really allows you to tap planks into place with little effort. A must if you’re installing multiple rooms or anything over 100sf.
