I have seasonal skin irritation (sometimes called Bar Rot) and because I work behind a bar with a lot of moisture and citrus it gets 10x worse. Especially in the cold months. This is after two days. I have severe psoriasis and it burns often. When I am using this product, it doesn't burn at all or itch. The only downside is that if you put too much on, you will feel slightly sticky afterwards. I put it on at night and sleep with it on. My spots in the morning are red but not as nearly inflamed. The flakes are gone, pain is gone, and I feel like I can go out. So far it hasn't taken away the spots away, but it has helped when it comes down to the important thing to me at least, no pain and flakes. ... show more

I have severe outbreak of psoriasis on both arms, on my backside above my butt crack, on my front thighs near my torso, in my hair and behind both ears. I had been on Prednisone, that nearly killed me. I blew up like a puffer fish gaining 250lbs and had edema so bad I thought my kidneys quit. I tried cortisone shots and found I was allergic to it. Enter Corticosteroid cream and ointment, they, like Prednisone and Cortisone, found I was allergic to it. The itch was intense, small blisters just added to the misery. I have tried just about every potion, shampoo and ointment, it either stinks like road pitch or doesn't work. So far with this product, there are relief periods of 4 hours or so with little to no itch. What a difference. My only gripe (and why the 4 overall stars) is that it's tacky and there's a residue on where you spread it. The cream needs to be more like a lotion to not only extend the product (so you don't run out sooner) but feel more soothing to the skin. ... show more
