The Godox ML60ii Bi is an ultra-compact 70W bi-colored LED video light that is small but powerful, emitting 22,500 lumens at max brightness . The light weight (526g) and small size (3.46" x 3.62" x 4.38") make this a candidate for use in the field, as well as in the studio. However, if you mainly want to take this into the field, you will want to make sure you purchase the ML 60ii Bi "KIT" version which includes the optional handle/battery (AK-B01) so that you can attach two NP-F970 batteries to run the light. I have this in my studio where I am tight on space and the construction of this small light really delivers: > white, mini-cube light with protective cover for the lamp head (to be used when storing light) > AC power adapter with long 20 foot cord for plug-in to wall for studio operation > built-in fan which is relatively quiet yet works well to keep the unit cool > one reflector (Godox mounting) > six color-modifier hoods for the reflector > one holder (AD-E2) for mounting to a light stand or tripod > instruction manual > sturdy, protective carry bag These are the most significant features of the light: > quick power on/off knob > DIM knob (right) with quick, stepless adjustability of light intensity (1-100%) > CCT mode with quick, stepless adjustability of color temperature (2800K-5600K) > FX mode with 11 different special effects; some FX have speed and frequency modification > BT capability to connect the light to your Android or iOS phone running the Godox Light app Getting started with the Godox ML 60ii Bi was easy for me because the interface is so intuitive that I didn't really need the instruction manual. BTW, if you are a manual-reader, jump to the end because the English section follows the foreign language section. You might panic and think you received the wrong manual, LOL. This light is small but powerful and the only drawback is that I didn't get the kit that included the battery handle, but I didn't think that I would want that portability. I changed my mind, and right now a search for the part as a separate purchase is not turning up anything. Another minor drawback is that this uses the Godox mount, not the common Bowens mount. Of course, there are good Godox light modifiers that can be used, like the popular ML-CD15. I was also delighted to find information on my favorite photo web sites that a new Godox Bowens Adapter for ML100Bi & ML60IIBi is coming. I can't wait to get one of these so that I can also use one of my Bowens mount modifiers with this mini light. This is a well-constructed and solid functioning mini-light that is a good investment and should serve me well for years.
