First of all there’s no reviews of the printer and oven, which is sketchy but that’s my fault for still getting it but it shows as if it’s the best one. Second, it says that customer service is 24/7 and that’s a lie bc they only respond after 8pm, probably they have another time or in another country, but when they do respond it doesn’t really help and they don’t really explain in details. Third, the dtf printer is super big which it doesn’t say the measurements or the measurements for the paper it brings, it also seems like the paper they bring it’s too small. Fourth, you only have the instructions online not manual, they sent a usb for you to plug in the computer to know step by step and they are a little confusing, You also have to download a bunch of apps and stuff but doesn’t really make a difference but overall it’s just so confusing and not really any help at all. I just feel like for such an expensive printer we need more info about the product and if it says the customer service is 24/7 that’s how it should be like I don’t expend them to reply right away but they only respond after 8pm and it’s through Whatsapp you can’t call them. Also the oven is really confusing the seconds don’t run down and the power doesn’t like melt all the way so it ruins the shirts when we think it’s ready to be press. Already cleaned the printer and it still giving me an error, the trash light and ink are turning red whenever i wanna print something and i got this delivered the 11th and started using it like the 13th so I don’t know do your research before buying this.

Worst printer ever! I've only had this printer for a month and didn't began to use it until almost 3 weeks ago. The printer stops printing in the middlenof printing job, prints out watery ink and all the lights start flashing red even after rebooting it. I've reached out to this company via WhatsApp because that's the only way you can contact them and they haven't been able to fix the problem either. The logged onto my laptop vis remote ID and still couldn't fix the problem. Now I'm stuck with an expensive DTF printer that I can't use. The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered and definitely not helpful at all. Please DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. YOU WILLL DEFINITELY REGRET IT.

1) la marca que anuncian es godora pero la marca que te envían es Tenee no viene con instrucciones en youtube hay algunos videos pero igual no son claros es un dolor de cabeza desde descargar el programa asta armar el printer 4 dias lo usé y ya el printed muestra problemas no printea por completo sale distorsionada la imagen y seca y sin tinta blanca las luces se encienden y el printer no funciona más escribo a un número de WhatsApp para obtener supuestamente ayuda y nadie contesta súper arrepentida de aver invertido tanto dinero en algo que ya no funciona

Clean look, but 4 months later and ribbon burned out. It isn’t as easy to use as they claim. There was barely any directions. Videos on YouTube did help but we had to do most of the research ourselves. Once it was up and running for the most part worked well. Some parts would look more burnt then others. Size of prints were good. Customer service is close to nonexsistent. They claim 24/7 yet take hours to days to respond. They also make you use third party app to communicate. AVOID AT ALL COST. I should have paid more attention to the reviews which were about the POWDER not the machine or customer service.

We too have had issues with this printer. Up until this week it was all manageable things. Does anyone happen to have the files from the dongle to reset the ink pad counter? We have used this several times and it worked just fine. Went to use it this week and it’s completely wiped from the dongle. It shows where it was but shows nothing in that folder. We have tried to contact to get a replacement but no response. Downloading others do not work. At a loss and not sure what to do.

After getting drivers for vista, they finally got it right, then the ink was smearing. The tech said to do a head cleaning, still no good. He said the heads were no good, but to clean heads again, still not working. I was told to clean the heads no less than 4 times (wasted ink). The printer also quit printing the white layer. Finally he again said heads were no good. I asked how to go about replacing them. He told me he would help me buy them from China, I told him I was in my 30 days. He then said he needed to talk to his supervisor ASAP a day and 1/2 half later they were going to send them to me. By now I was already in the return process. This has been a nightmare! Tech support IS NOT 24/7 as stated on all the videos. I don't know if the printer is a good printer or not as I couldn't get it to work long enough to tell.

Worked great for first 3 months. Had to replace print head so I did. Turned it back on and now it won't print anything. Told I had to replace the motherboard!!! I already dropped an arm and a leg for the machine to begin with and now to have to replace something major like that! That's ridiculous! And good luck getting help on things, they only speak Chinese and can only send videos. Then talk to you like you are an idiot just because you don't understand what their lingo means. I haven't really even printed much on this machine and already having to replace parts. Haven't even gone through the roll of film that came with the machine! Save your money and get the better machines!
