This product was a bit confusing to assemble. Once I got it figured out it took maybe 30ish minutes to actually assemble. Holds a good amount of books and is the perfect size. Will definitely buy another one when I need it.

A bit awkward to assemble and is on the flimsy side. Really not conducive for medium sized books. I would have returned it but did not feel right to do so because it was damaged when I tried to take it apart. Would be better in white and use for smaller books such as for a child’s room.

It was easy to assemble and it is durable enough to hold lots of books that can have both many pages (500+) and these books may have heavier pages than regular literature books. As you can see from the picture, I have stacked 21 books. In general you should be able to stack anywhere between 17-25 books in the bookshelf, depending on how think or thick the books are and how much you are comfortable to see it loaded with books. I bought this to place on my desk and to use it for law school textbooks, however, they can’t fit any textbooks. Additionally, between my cousin and I, we had a difficult time assembling this product. We actually had to watch a YouTube video to put it together because the instructions in the box were vague and not helpful to identify which way the pieces were supposed to be facing and put together. ... show more
