This extension cord came with an electric edger I bought to edge my driveway and sidewalks. It is a 16 gage extension cord. I have to connect it to a 100 foot cord for a total of 150 feet. All I can say is being this long it needs to be a 14 gage cord. This cord will be fine if you are using for normal uses such as lights and low amperage items, but not for a high amperage motor like I am. ... show more
