This is a long term review of the sofa. The foam in the seats became squished and paper thin in 2 months and the sofa turned so uncomfortable that it gave us back pain. We cant sit on it for more than 30 minutes and it starts hurting our backs. The return policy was a scam they dont accept return if its assembled and they ask you to ship in the original boxes and they dont pay the shipping. Be careful before buying you’ll be stuck with it ... show more

Delivery was fast and assembly was really easy. The sofa is absolutely gorgeous! It is fairly comfortable but what it lacks in comfort it definitely makes up an appearance. I absolutely love it And it looks fantastic in my Victorian style home.

Update It’s been 14 days and we are still in limbo with this couch. Amazon wants me to pay the shipping at the tune of $800- which is more than the couch cost! Additional info! This company is impossible to work with as others have said. When we finally got it and sat on it I think they shoved a board in my lumber spine. It was like being dropped on my back from the 10th floor. Ok here’s the deal! Just purchased this couch but there’s a huge discrepancy also in the picture and the description. I want you to know the picture shows silver legs if you can actually see it. Description says wooden legs. I expected wooden legs. I was disappointed after buying this couch that so many people gave it a poor review in reference to cushions going flat. So that will also be a huge expense I will have to endure later. I have already had to buy the proper legs at great expense and the person who stated they are tough to deal with is correct. You purchase it even if Amazon messes up the payment method and puts your bills in peril, well too bad you own it and deal with it. Be prepared for upgrades at your own expense! I have never had such a difficult purchase with a company in all my years as a prime member. Amazon has always stood behind their product until this one. Felt flimsy, poor construction. Sides screw in but the sofas wobble back and forth. Pretty to look at, just don’t sit on it. They do NOT honor the refund........my item was damaged in shipping........tried to reach them to no avail. Horrible seller and horrible "sofas"
