We have 4 large cats ranging from 20lbs to 8lbs and they all love this cat tree! It has plenty of space for them all to nap without touching and large enough platforms for napping if they want to touch. Our girl cat is the queen of the group, or at least she thinks so, and she enjoys sitting or napping on the tallest shelf like the queen she is! The little white mice that hang from the platforms are a huge hit, poor things have been batted and chewed and basically gutted everyday since we put it up. The different size napping platforms are a big hit and the little privacy cubbies are perfect for hiding from attacking foes! Overall our cats think this is the best thing they have ever played with. It was super easy to put together and has held up with all the commotion 4 crazy cats can do to it. They are indoor cats and it looks good with our green desert theme we have for their indoor playground. Overall couldn’t love it more!!!! 10 out of 10 stars ... show more

I'm pleased with this cat tower, tho in my opinion it's not as heavy-duty as described, tho it's good. I can't see very large breeds (Maine Coons or large built cats) jumping all over this. The material is thin on the walls of the cubbies, so be careful handling it. My Fauna is an average sized 8 month old dilute Tortie. She probably weighs about 3-5 lbs, tho you can make your decision yourself. You do need to stabilize it, as it rocks a weeee bit when being jumped on & off. Wasn't too hard to assemble, just be patient. Fauna is enjoying it & she even took a nap on the next to highest shelf. (she helped me put it together) ;) ... show more
