I typically wear between an 8.5 and 9 - I got a 9 and really like these! The look: These are super adorable. I'm 5'9" with longer legs and these come about 3/4 up my lower leg, very mid-calf. The IRL color matches the photos, and the design is actually stitched in to give it a higher quality look. The heel of the boot is slightly darker to give it a bit of dimension, without it feeling mismatched or anything. The fit: These fit as expected. The toe points in a way that is friendly to your feet, the shoe itself does not feel too tight. I do have high arches, and these are not super supportive. I have worn these twice now, once to dinner and once to run errands and had no comfort issues either time with comfort or blisters, which is why I did not take off a star. They fit decently well, but are a bit small and I sized up so they for sure run small. The detail is very gorgeous and would compliment an outfit very well. They are not super comfortable to wear for long periods of time. They are a bit of struggle to get on but once they are on, they look great.

Tall shaft boots with beautiful contrast stitching. The entire boot is cushioned, even the shaft. The inside zipper is an amazing feature, easy on and off. Synthetic traction sole with a rubber heel section that helps with being slip resistant. The listing shows its faux leather in the specifics, but in the description it just states: premium upper leather. This should be corrected to reflect faux leather. The description also shows: velvet lining. The lining is a soft breathable textile lining but not velvet. The boots while being worn tend to have a lower crease near the ankle but that's typical of faux leather which sags a bit more than real leather. I sized up 1/2 size so I had the option of wearing them with thicker socks and they fit perfect. All in all, they are beautiful boots.
