My landlord replaced our toilet but never came back to caulk around the floor. So, I bought this and did it myself. I like to do a small section at a time and spray it with water to keep it moist while I clean up the extra caulk. It comes with a device to remove the extra caulk, but I like to use a popsicle stick. I also have lots of paper towels nearby when I do it to clean up as I go. It's a bit cumbersome project, but it's more management if you do it in small sections.

It got the job done, pretty easy to use. I especially like it came with gloves and tape (even though tape is like 1 inch) still decent product overall. I’m yet to test it out for durability.

living in a location where maintenance really doesn't do their job and so with the need for upkeep, I had purchased this product. I'd have to say it is and will be again, worth the money. came with all mentioned, dried quickly, have had no visible issues; leaking, pealing or of that sort.

I thought this was a high-quality caulk for around the base of the toilet. It may well be that, but it is a complicated application process with dual strips of tape that I am not going to be able to accomplish around the back of the toilet bases, which is only an inch or so from a wall. The directions are also rather opaque. I think you apply tape above and below the caulk line?

This was easy to use not sure about the little tool that came with it. It was easier to use my finger to smooth it out but still was an easy job. The only problem I had was getting the end cut off. You can not use a scissors it has to be a knife or something sharper. Had to have my husband do it as I wasn't strong enough to cut it. Hopefully it doesn't dry out as I didn't use all of it.

Comes out clean, bright white and creates a clean solid seal and seam when using the tape on top and bottom. Used around a drop in kitchen sink. Wear latex gloves. I didn't. It was very sticky and clean up took some time. Although it recommended 12 hours at 77 degrees, I let it cure for 15 hours. It works. Currently, it's been wet and mold free since June 9 2025. The tube appears to be resealable for future use making it a good value.
