I was thinking about ordering another brand of Radio. I was extremely happy with my first purchase that I immediately bought a second set. These radios definitely have unlimited range via SIM cards and mobile internet. I’ve traveled several states away and the clarity is just like I am next door. These are VERY easy to use! You turn the on and talk to your other radio. You can group talk or one on one in private. You can name groups and have a and b channels. The radio feels like any other sturdy consumer Walkie Talkie. The sound is very clear with options to add external mic and speakers. Plus these charge via Cradle or USB-C. The design is minimal and user friendly. The other features that makes these radios so attractive are that they support dual IOT Sim Cards, they work in areas where my cellular phone doesn’t have signal, and the thing that is the best Feature (unlike other similar radios) the service is for life! You pay once for your radios and you have lifetime radio service access for free! Many other services require annual or monthly subscription charges. Customer Service is outstanding! I’m in Kentucky and they are in China but they communicate quickly and efficiently with their customers. I’m happy! I’m ordering more radios for Family use, Emergencies and off the grid use!!

Had these a few days now…. They worked right out of the box. I powered them up and after about 15 seconds or so they were ready to transmit and receive. Been testing and have not had one drop out….. havnt lost signal. It bounces between carriers so if one does not work it will go to other which is nice so there’s a lot of flexibility when using these. I know this for a fact because in building i work does not have Att service but does have Verizon and T-Mobile repeaters inside so it switches to one of them. If you were a Nextel fan back in the day you will love these. They are very similar as far as push to talk goes. I will say the radio is built solid and sound coming out of the speaker is very clear, very natural sounding. Wish the volume could be set a bit lower but not a deal breaker…. As far as loudness goes they can be plenty loud. I currently own 2 of these and see myself in the future getting more. This is really awesome, I’m blown away how well they work. I don’t think you will be disappointed. Great for direct communications to loved ones, friends or even for business. Very simple to use. I have not tried to contact customer service to reprogram names in radios or create new groups but information came with them to contact customer service. Down the road when i add more i plan on contacting them. Just remember these aren’t miracle radios, they rely on cell towers so if cell towers go down they won’t work. As a ham operator, i have other options for that. I normally don’t write detailed reviews like this but these are worth writing about. I am not going to lie, i was skeptical when purchasing these and they beyond exceeded my expectations.

I needed these to use for quick communication while working at my job site. They are very easy to carry and feel really durable. They are made of a good quality. The signal is great on them as well, power life is good as well. The sound is perfect as well with no issues for transmission.

So I rarely leave feedback but this product warrants one. First off the price was very fair for 5 radios. I placed the order and got timely updates on when I would get the radios BUT ... They arrived 3 days earlier than expected which is amazing. I had read that all you do is turn them on and they work and thought that is probably not true but to my shock it was exactly what happened. I turned the radios on and about 60 seconds later they worked. I then texted for support in adding a few groups and to my shock the very kind person on the other end immediately got back to me with what she needed to make the updates. I've sent that information over to her and it will be done today. I got these so our family can communicate during an outage like we had with Verizon where we couldn't talk for over a day. This system uses multiple carriers towers so you increase your chances of connecting with family. Also works when we are traveling outside the US. We also do a ton of hunting, fishing,... and these will be nice "one touch" way of letting family know we are heading home. Super impressed, worth the money, would 100% buy again.

Was looking for some walkie talkies with some range where they don’t die in a basement and your talking upstairs and I came across these devices and they have been so cool to use as with for work or just for my kids . There very easy to navigate and very clear speaking no muffled sounds and no distance issues like other ones I’ve gotten in the past . I have to say I have been so please with these walkie talkies it’s been a great purchase for me def worth it
