I have a tear duct that tends to get blocked frequently. It’s not painful, it just bubbles. Weird, I know. The doctor recommended hot compresses and I was able to keep the bubble smaller by using a hot wash cloth every evening when I washed my face. This device has been a game changer! So much easier and far more effective than a wash cloth for sure!I haven’t had one issue since I started using this several months ago. I think it’s also helping my sparse eye lashes to grow. Bonus! This product worked well, even though I only had time to use it about 1-2 times a week. I keep it plugged in to a power strip that had a surge suppressor. After six months, it stopped charging and stopped working all together. I emailed the seller but never received any responses. For $150 for this product, I expected it would last longer than six months. I will be looking for a replacement but try another company.
