Bought this many months ago and still love it. Nice for relaxation. Not going to change the appearance of your skin in a drastic way. Still recommend the product. Can be useful for some lymphatic drainage. (However, if you do lymphatic drainage eye massage incorrectly with this tool, you can make the puffiness worse and cause irritation or damage to the skin. So just be careful. I found tutorials to learn how to safely use it after learning the hard way.) I mostly use this to massage around my eye area and in between my brows just for relaxation. For the price point this tool is great for relaxing eye massage. Bonus points for the heat + vibration. I have a much more expensive tool that doesn’t do either and rarely use it. I would buy this 10 more times. It will go everywhere with me. The end. I have dry eye, i work on computers all day, I have also been treated for blespharis and have had lasik surgery. I’ve been soaking my eyes with hot water and a wash cloth daily for 18 years to help my eye lids. I don’t think I’ll do that anymore this is so much better. This thing gets so hot I love it. I had to turn the heat down which is saying something bc I like to cook my eyes. I probably used it for much longer than I should have it felt so good but no issues today other than more gritty than usual but eye drops are my life. The vibration on top of heat?🤌🏻 Then you also get red light therapy, don’t mind if I do. I used it on my whole face and neck but especially my eyes. Battery life is excellent, I barely charged it at all and it said it was full. I would love to know if I can wipe it with a rubbing alcohol wipe but it says use the dry cloth only, so I used the enclosed one. ... show more

I never leave reviews. Have to on this one. This is amazing. I have severe dry eyes due to hypothyroidism. This works. This works. This works!! The very first time I put it on my lash line/upper eyelids- I could feel fluid emitting from my blocked glands. This works every time. If these thing dies- I will repurchase 100 times. I don’t care. This product worked well, even though I only had time to use it about 1-2 times a week. I keep it plugged in to a power strip that had a surge suppressor. After six months, it stopped charging and stopped working all together. I emailed the seller but never received any responses. For $150 for this product, I expected it would last longer than six months. I will be looking for a replacement but try another company. I Purchased this for my mom. She is okay with the results, but what doesn't seem right is the duration of the battery. She uses it every day and charge it after each use, but it doesn't last more than 3-4 minutes. Is that normal? Or is it that this particular wand is deffective and need to file a claim to get a replacement? I got one for myself from a different brand name and that one last for a month .
