So I've decided to update my review of this product. I had previously posted a negative review of his product after it stopped working after just 4 months. I must say that the customer service department really took care of us and honored the one year warranty without an issue. We are currently awaiting the replacement product that has been shipped. I know my wife is looking forward to using it. We are hopeful that the issue with the charging on the last mask was just a fluke and that the replacement mask will work for many years to come.
