So nice to have an item made from actual wood. The natural staining is very attractive with the artificial pencil tree I use that has berries and cones. I like that you can assemble without the screws for easier storage. I experienced excellent customer service from Glitzhome company when I had a concern with the order.

It was interesting to put together the screws are super tiny which I didn’t like, and the wood is to thin for wood screws.. even their smallest size! But did get it togther and I do like it a lot! Just have a tiny screw driver handy!

Love the rustic look, feels very high-quality, even down to the hooks that connect the two hinged pieces to form the box. It is stained a very nice color, a little lighter in tone that I had imagined but still looks amazing! Perfect final touch to my old-world Xmas tree, and to finish it off, I will be stuffing the box with some red and gold heavy fabric gathered at the top of the box and allowed to just spill over the top of the box, think it will be the perfect finishing touch!

Overall, this box looks great, but it is very flimsy for the price. Also, the holes where the latches go through to connect the pieces together were all smashed flat. I did not return this due to inconvenience. I was able to get the holes opened up after using an awl and a hammer. I was able to get it together well enough. I was disappointed when I opened it and saw the damage and the thin wood, but once fixed and put together, I do love the look of it.

This is exactly what I wanted. Love it! The quality is good and it fits my 7.5 foot artificial tree perfectly. You can see down into the box a bit if you are up close to it, so I put some burlap rolled up in there. Not necessary, but I am very particular. Another reviewer said the quality wasn't the greatest and not sure what they mean. I think it is study and good quality. You can screw the pieces together or just snap them using the decorative hardware, all included.

Looks so pretty under the tree! The hardware wasn’t applied correctly so we had to take apart a couple pieces and redo it.
