This fountain was fairly easy to assemble the only problem is the pitchers are a little off center but I think can be taken care of by tightening the bolts more. I still enjoy it and get a lot of compliments on it. A nice addition to the back yard. I have changed my review to only one star due to the pump. I ran fountain 3 times and pump no longer works. For a fountain costing over 100.00 it is pretty sad manufacturing on the pump and yes it does tend to splatter water which didn't bother me but the pump failing to work so soon after purchase is pitiful. ... show more

To be able to hear the sound of a babbling brook in the middle of the desert is a treat and this fountain delivers. The pump consumes 0.85A (102w). Have considered replacing it with a solar version, but the fountain is too small and the pitchers throw too much shade for solar to work. It did take to gently bend the little pitchers, so the water won't splash outside the tub (emptying the water very quickly). I don't think that should be necessary, and I held my breath several times for fear the handles would break off. I clean it once a week, which is easy, much better than plastic would be. ... show more

When we received the item one of the pails the solder on the arm was broken and we contacted the seller. They issued a partial refund as we were able to locate someone locally to repair the piece. We live this item as it is a beautiful addition to our gardens.

We have a fountain outside on a patio. It looks really nice and the sound is great. I wish there is a hole in the back to put the cord through. The only problem we had putting it together was the hose going into the pump was difficult to get in. You had to crimp it a little bit to get it on but runs great. ... show more

Supposed to get 4 nuts. I got one. See photo on left. Supposed to get 4 bolts. I got zero. Sloppy The sound is great yet water splashes all over requiring you to fill it every other day.

    • Great buy with easy installment indoor outdoor projects.
This pond is so precious. I am using it as a indoor hydroponic grow system and it worked out great. The sound of the water is so calming. Comes easy to install. No screws to attach the poles to the tank. I fastened mine with wire and it’s fine.
