It arrived well packaged and on time. This is a beautiful fountain with a wonderful cascading sound of softly lit water. I plan to drain the fountain and take it inside during freezing weather so the glaze doesn't chip. I feel this was a good purchase and highly recommend. My only small complaint is that the light is not a separate cord and stays on whenever the fountain is run. I would have preferred turning it on only at night. As an update to this review, I just ordered and received replacement light wires. The company was easy to contact and mailed out the lights promptly. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! One year update: I've had this fountain running nonstop and it works great. This is my favorite fountain because of the sound of water trickling down two levels and the visual appearance. I take it inside in winter months because I know the ceramic glaze will crack in cold temps. If you live in a area which experiences freezes, it's very important to bring it inside your home where the temperature will remain well above freezing. The beautiful glaze will completely be ruined if exposed to icy conditions.

This came very well packaged. It’s a very pretty fountain but I was disappointed in the small pump which came with it. Even set at the highest speed, I can barely hear the water trickling down and it sits right next to my deck. The last fountain I had there, the pump was twice the size & I could hear the waterfall from in the house when the windows were open. The bowls which the water flows down into are very small which may be the reason for the small pump. It is a pretty fountain, I like the lights but only wish they could be turned off during the day. Overall, it is a nice addition to my garden!

I love the sound of running water while I’m sitting on my back porch. So when our last fountain died, I bought this one, but I like about it is that at night when the fountain light is on it has a beautiful glow. The cobalt blue color stands out in the darkness. The amount of water that flows at any time has a gentle sound as opposed to my last one. So if sound is of importance to you think about whether or not you like a gentle flowing water or something a that runs a bit faster. I enjoy our fountain immensely for both the look and the calming effects of running water.

The media could not be loaded. Ok, this is not my 1st water feature Rodeo because I used to maintain/take care of a 750 gallon koi pond with a large Little Giant pump. That said, I'm delighted with this no-fuss water feature. Easy assembly, nothing was missing or broken. I took the plastic screen guard off the little pump to better slide the little plastic lever to the Minimum Flow side on the pump. The lever easily slid to the right after I took the screen guard off. It's running on minimum flow in this video, and I see no reason to slide the little lever to maximum flow. I used filtered water from the refrigerator to minimize scale build-up on the jar. Tinkling sound of water falling and the lighting is nice on the deck. Hardly any water splashing on the deck. I set the fountain on top of a large jar I already had. Filled the large jar with random extra bricks, then topped it off with pea gravel from Lowe's. Paver bricks are setting on the deck, then a large plastic plant saucer is under the large jar. I like the neutral cream color of the Glitzhome outdoor garden water feature, too. I would definitely buy it again.

How I love this fountain! The blue color is beautiful and it’s just the right size for my deck. The 3 pots empty down and have a very soothing sound. The lights inside each pot are a nice touch for the evening. Very happy with this purchase.
