Very soothing and not too big for my gazebo. I love that is ceramic and not plastic. It needs to be covered or taken inside for the winter, but I do not think that this is a problem in SC. I put greenery around it and a ceramic frog and turtle and it looks fantastic. I recommend it and love it.

Had some initial gripes about the flow not being uniform across the face, and then excessive to the point of splashing out from the base. Customer care was quick to help out with flow adjustment and that improved matters. Running for 100+ days now IIRC, and with a good biocide, little to no algae build up. During winters, this needs about a quart of water every day or so due to the dry air indoors. You can judge the need for water with bubbles in the flow at the top or a prominent sound from the pump. The moment you add up more water, the harsh sound subsides to a calmer hum and the bubbles disappear from the flow at the top. Definitely recommended, if you're up for cleaning it every 3-4 months and adding biocide every week or so + the daily water addition in colder climates.

I shopped quite a few fountains before settling on this one. Despite the negative reviews, it was the right size, right color, and offered the things I wanted for my small patio: light, water sounds, and beauty. It delivered on all three. It fits the smaller space beautifully, was EASY to assemble, and arrived without a single chip, crack, ding, or scratch. It was very well packaged in a large, heavy cardboard box, shielded inside in plastic and thick foam padding. Perfect.

Nice product and works perfectly. Yes it splashes out some water, but we are using this outdoors so who cares. Probably not a good choice if you’re going to put it inside.
