  • Renders Index controllers inoperable during game play
The product is solid and made of good quality parts. That is the only positive I can give it. Even though the cups are kind of a pain if you have a magnetic dock for your controllers. You have to constantly pop them in and out of the cups to charge. Plus (on mine) the right side cup puts pressure on the hand strap release button so the controller is loose on my right hand. That I can work with. The absolute deal breaker for me is whenever you pull your fore grip hand to reload and put it back on the magnetic dock it does it with such force it jars the controller causing it to float off in VR (Every Index user knows what I'm talking about when you accidentally smack the knuckle bow). This renders your fore grip hand inoperable for a few seconds during a firefight. I haven't a clue how folks can even use this with a Valve Index. I suppose if you had an infinite mag and never needed to release the fore grip to throw something, heal, or operate anything else it would be great. But for things like H3, Vail, or Pavlov it's less than worthless. For me this is an absolute bust and total disappointment. Quality build, but abysmal & useless concept for Valve Index controllers. The knuckle controllers are far too sensitive for this rig. Hard pass, will be returning this back to Amazon ASAP. ... show more

  • Takes time.
I've used it for about 20 total hours now. I'll say, it's a bit small for me in general. I wish I could extend it more. It also will take some time to get used to for sure. It took me maybe 5 hours of playing Pavlov TTT (so I could freely play with all kinds of guns) before I was actually mostly comfortable. I can still reload and do certain actions faster without it, but my aim is much better. As for the durability in question with a lot of these reviews, I find that it's sturdy enough for using. For it to be broken, I'm not sure I can see how that'd happen while gaming. I think people may be breasting it against their chest fairly hard or something, but I'm not sure. I can't see any particular failure points that could come from gaming. ... show more

  • Highly recommend.
Works amazing, the magnetic grips work really well. Biggest issue i've had is the strap will some times make it hard to reattach controllers with a VR headset on. And the clip to hold the adjustable stock in place broke as well but still work just a little unergonomic. Even with these issues its a must for any serious VR fps person. ... show more

  • Clunky
Clunky and magnets make things hard to move in and out of use. Control supports don't rotate which makes it hard on the wrist. Plus it ain't even that long so my arms just feel clamped.

  • Not good
Broke after only a month of usage, the way you clamp it down puts stress on the plastic, will cause it to break over time Update- tho this broke yes, I reached out to the company and they where willing to send me replacement parts free of charge, so at least they have good customer service

  • Magnets are too strong
Magnets are too strong. Snaps on really hard and throws off the tracking

  • It’s good but not durable
I love the product, helped me a lot aiming in games but on my second day of using it I noticed this crack when my second carbon fiber pole was rotated.

  • Broke on me after a few uses
At first i left a decent review, but that was before one of the pieces broke on me. One of the little plastic pieces that clamp to the carbon fiber tubes cracked all the way down the center, making it impossible to keep everything together
