    • Packaging problem or delivery.
I was excited about my bidet but either packaging was bad or the delivery. It was damaged with scratches and a chip on the control panel that was very shape. So, I had to return it. On a lighter note, the instructions was clear so I would able to install on my own.

I bought two of these bidets and the quality seems to be very good. Pretty easy to install. Just needed to buy an extra 3/8" t-fitting from Lowe's in order to hook up one of the water lines. The t-fitting for one of the two water lines was included with the bidet kit. The kit came with a much larger t-fitting pipe slitter that wasn't needed in my case since my water lines were all the 3/8" standard size. ... show more

    • Parts needed, need to make hole in vanity
If you have a vanity cabinet, you will need to drill about a 1/2” hole in the side of your cabinet to connect the hot water hose. We bought this for our daughters home. If the sink were a free standing pedestal install would be easy. With a wooden vanity cabinet, a nightmare. We had to buy the correct size connection for the hot water, too. The cleaning spigot can only have a very high aim. You have to scoot on the toilet to get clean. The only thing good about this bidet is the pressure control. One star for that. ... show more

I had the plumbers install when they were doing all of the new plumbing and installing new toilets. However, there was over 1" gap between the toilet seat and the bowl of the commode. It looked cheap and like a costly experience We tried some bumpers (to the seat) or feet to stabalize the seat. It didn't help. This isn't a good fit for our needs.. ... show more
