Update: they've refunded my order, which I appreciate considering how expensive the liner is. I will be buying again when I've used this product in the past it worked really well with the lashes and held all day. When I opened the liner a couple of days ago it was completely dried out and unusable. Seems as though it sat for so long before being shipped that it dried out. I originally purchased from glamnetic last year and really fell in love with their products. When my lash glue started to go bad, I decided to order from Amazon because I thought it would be faster shipping and it was. However, the product arrived dry, clumpy, and very difficult to apply (the photo is supposedly brand new). I contacted glamnetic and the customer service was amazing. I purchased my 1st bottle and it was clumping with hardly any liquid in it but the seller did resend me a second bottle and that one was satisfying. I will purchased again but if I receive another clumpy bottle I'll be purchasing from a different seller

Love this product, easy to apply, looks nice and works exactly as described. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or maybe it is just my skin type but I have a terrible time removing this product but none of my friends experience the same issues. I've tried my normal department store waterproof eye make up remover both liquid and paste, I've tried micellar water specifically for water proof make up, tried coconut oil and vasaline. I gave this several chances, and it takes really long to come off. I bought their wipe off pads as well and nothing happened. You need a lot of time and patience for removal.
