I am very happy with the purchase of this rangefinder. I've been using it with a friend who has a pricier rangefinder and we got within a yard of the needle. I found it very easy to lock the flag (in flag finder mode), you can align it to the left or right side of the flag and then pan the flag and it will give you the distance to the flag. The case is well made and has a strap that holds the case in place so you don't have to zip it up every time you use it. It also features lens adjustment, making it easy to get the correct focus even with glasses on and still be able to read yardage in the rangefinder.

Range finder. This isn't just for golfing. No. This device goes much further. I don't want to get myself into trouble, but this thing has an anti-vibration alarm. It also has a green laser which can be seen in bright light. This range finder is able to help the avid golfer find the range, or for an expert hunter trying to find a trophy. It has 7X magnification which is better than most. It can go up-to 1200 yards (a driving shot is rarely over 300 yards). It is rechargeable. It has automatic slope adjustment. The display inside the viewfinder is a bit older looking and reminds me of an old video game cross-hairs, but for this price and how well everything works, I am okay with that. It comes with a zippered case and fits in a larger pocket with ease. would say, overkill for the golf course, perfect for the shooter or hunter.

Took the range finder out to the range. It was able to pick up 50, 100, 150, 175, 200, 250, 300, 350, and 400 yards with no more than 1 yard off. Pretty accurate. It allows for you to adjust the focus, but it's not needed. It's pretty much where if you can see the indicators, then you're within the usable range. 5 yards is the minimum, and the maximum I was able to get was 1013 yards. I could consistently get 900 yards, but anything above that was hard to pick up easily. For this maximum range testing, I used a flat building that ends along a long straight stretch of sidewalk to try to reduce any angles that can play into this. I lased the building while walking further away each time. There were no obstructions along this path (trees, poles, people). Very comfortable in the hands and easy to use. All the buttons are where they're to be and intuitive to use. Comes with a nice case. No batteries needed since you can charge it with a USB-C cable. Overall, it does what I need it to do and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
