Don’t get me wrong, either—it’s super soft and fluffy so I do often sit on it. This is actually the second one I’ve purchased because someone stained my first. Can be hard to vacuum (stuff gets stuck in the long fibers) but does stay put while doing it. You can see the rows of fibers easily. Chanelle type feel. Super soft. Deep color saturation. This rug has a horrible smell. It filled the entire room in seconds. Even after I removed the rug from the room, the smell lingered for hours. It also looks very cheap. Don’t buy!

We got this rug because we were moving into a new home that was mostly hard wood flooring. I loved the rug for the first couple of months of owning it. It is very soft and gave our feet a much needed break. However, after a few months of owning it, we noticed it was getting dirty and needed a good cleaning. I wanted to start with my shark vacuum to get hair and debri off before we washed it. The vacuum couldn’t pick up anything unless it was loose crumbs. The texture just holds onto dog hair very well. We bought this rug for our circular dog Pen. It was a couple inches all around too big, but we were able to make it work. When our dog needs to get away and have privacy, he goes into his pen and gets to lay on nice soft bedding.
