Have 3 indoor cats (2 previously indoor/outdoor). The two that were indoor/outdoor do love this and the senior cat (indoor about 16yrs old) will play with it sometimes but not as often. I will say that it gets played with enough that I am charging the ball at least every other day. It’s great for those middle of the night zoomies. Love the shut off/motion activation and quick charge on the ball. I do wish the charge lasted longer but it charges quick so not a biggie. ‘Pouch’ is sturdy nylon and ball is solid quality. I always have to hunt for the ‘pouch/pad’ opening but I’ll glide that with some kind of marking Over all very pleased and the cats are too

My cat really likes this toy. She’s so smart. She can even remove the ball from the inside so that she can play with that as well. It’s a two for one toy. The ball inside the cover is fun for them or you can take the ball out , Like my cat does , and let it roll around your house. It Lights up, makes a chirping sound, and vibrates. It’s rechargeable, which is wonderful but I think the price is a little bit much for what it is. It seems to be very well-made and it charges quickly.

** Update** This toy seems to have stopped recharging. I can leave it on the charger all day and it will still show up as low or no power when I turn it on at night. I see no warranty card in the box, and no way to contact the company for a replacement. I am charging it with a normal USB-C charger. Am really sad it stopped working. It was so great! ** 2nd Update ** I contacted the company, and they were very helpful and offered to send me a new toy. I accepted the offer and am waiting for it to be sent to me. Original review- I bought this toy on the recommendation of a cat behavioralist. The toy is a rolling ball with a ring around it and bag which the toy goes into. The toy is very well-made. My cat adore us! He loves it more outside the bag than in, so that’s how I use it. I never know where I’ll find the toy in the morning, ha! I’ve never actually had the toy completely run out of charge. I charge it once a day. I would definitely buy this toy again.

Our older cat played, pounced and sat to figure out his plan to capture. That is miracle, he’s been quiet for a few months, but this makes him think lol. I saw this and faked it w pillowcase and toy. Nope. So I got this and the fabric is slick yet tough. I didn’t realize it is not flat it has about 2” middle piece. Lots of room for toy to move. Chirps too on one setting. It sits for 30 minutes if not played w and goes off for a minute. He heard it and ran over to play. Great toy!

I don't write reviews, but I have to for this. We've had cats for the last 40 years, probably 15 of them in all, and have always been looking for something that will entertain them when we were unavailable - sometimes you do have to do other things, like work, eat, sleep, you know, people things. Electronic balls have been around for maybe 15 years, and they seem like a good idea but are mostly flawed. Maybe the battery runs out too quickly, or the movement is not "alive" enough to imitate the movements of living things - like mice - and the cat loses interest, quickly. Or the cat hair that is invariably on the floor of your home gums up the mechanism that powers the toy - and there's no way to clean it out (looking at you, plastic snake). They all seem like good ideas, but aren't. So here comes this little toy, and it will delight your cat and make you laugh. The key is - unless your cat is really afraid of it - DON'T USE THE BAG. Just put furry ring on (which, by the way, conceals the clever method the makers give you to clean the hair out of the mechanism!) charge it up, place on the floor, and watch what happens. The movement is fast enough to attract any cat's eye, crazy enough to invite interaction. Like many of these type toys it can get stuck under things, but the erraticness of its behavior limits the number of times you have to disengage it from whatever it has gotten itself into. (If you feel I'm talking about it as if it's alive, I am.) The damn thing makes me chuckle. It's actually funny how it goes about its business. The only downside of this toy is that the instructions about the different "modes" the toy has is difficult to understand. Doesn't matter, though. Start using it and you'll be motivated the figure the instructions out. Giociv, you've done a great job! Thanks

When it works, it amazing but it stops working after a short time during play and I have to pickup the bag with ball and shake it like crazy to get it on again. Then happens again. I don’t use the fur band because don’t want to clog the ball

Both of my cats love this toy. It really gets their hunting instincts going. The ball lasts a decent amount of time and will shut off when it's not played with. They seem to prefer the ball in the bag rather than loose about the house

I don't write product reviews, but have to on this one. I have a new kitten and he is running my 4 yo cat ragged...she is not a huge fan of him stalking and jumping her. I wanted something that would keep him busy and give her a break. This toy is awesome! Being encased means it isn't disappearing under furniture and it is easily touch activated (unlike others I've purchased). Be careful when you first turn it on before putting it in the bag...it started me and I dropped it then chased it around for 5 minutes since it was faster than I expected. Unfortunately, my kitten won't share with the 4 yo, so had to order a 2nd one!
