You may get this for a cyberpunk costume but it does function to keep the rain off of your head and the mask/scarf is useful for relatively short spurts like avoiding dust or grass while on foot. The mask part is tightened with a ribbon.

If you want this for style/cyberwear purposes, this is not the hood. In the picture it looks like it’s made from a soft cotton but it is that costume feeling, shiny material you get at the Halloween store. Returning.
