First off, I have not given a five-star rating on these shorts as I haven't had them long enough to evaluate their durability - that will have to come with use over time. For years, men with slender legs had to be subjected to the "baggy" jeans craze making us look like circus clowns or wearing culottes. Finally here's a pair of shorts that complement the average or lean man's leg. I finally have shorts I can wear in public without looking down at my legs and thinking "ugh". I am reviewing these shorts with the washed gray denim look and with the white stripes going down each side that add an interesting look. With a black studded belt these things look pretty damn good. I have had positive comments about them. I have purchased another pair from another company but those for some reason are longer and reach completely to the knee which does not look as good as these. If these hold up through wear and tear, I'd have no problem with a five-star rating. ... show more
