It’s pretty easy to use, looks just like the pics and videos and keeps him entertained for a long time. It’s definitely smaller that I pictured, only about 6 inches high, but I guess I should have read the description better- I would have gotten it anyway I think because I really is the best robot for kids that I found at a decent price. It sings, dances, follows commands and can repeat what you say (which my son gets a big kick out of), so it does everything I was looking for in a robot. The GILOBABY Kids Robot is adorable and has some fun features like dancing, singing, and voice recording. It worked exactly as described, and the build quality seems solid. My kids were excited when they first played with it, and it definitely grabbed their attention for a while. Unfortunately, the novelty wore off quicker than I expected. After a few short play sessions, they stopped picking it up, and it’s now sitting on the shelf. I think it’s great for younger kids who enjoy interactive, talking toys, but it may not hold the interest of children for long. This is a such a cute little robot. I got it for my son who just can’t get enough toys. I did have to go out and buy batteries for it, as it didn’t come with them. It’s very cute how it moves and talks. It’s the perfect size, not too large or small. I personally like that the color is green, since it’s such a gender neutral color. It’s well made and has survived a fall from the couch a couple times. The cat also seems to be quite interested in the robot too. Purchased in October as a Christmas gift for my 5 year old. Had some difficulty getting the battery box out on Christmas morning, which ended up breaking. Contacted the company directly even though we were outside of the return window about a new battery holder and they sent us a whole new robot! My son was so excited and it got here so fast. This item was bought in October for my 9 year old grandson for Christmas. When they took it home Christmas Day, they read all directions and charged it overnight. The robot or charger is defective and doesn’t work. Because I was outside my window with Amazon I could not get a replacement. I tried to reach the company through email because there is no phone number, the email came back as wrong. So now I’m out this money since there is no way to contact them. Wow this company is ridiculous. Amazon sent me a message that the company wants to refund me and all I need to do is text back refund. What a joke, no refund and no way to contact company and talk to a person. That’s bad business for a company. If I ever see a refund in my bank account, I will be shocked. ... show more
