We bought this on January 6 for our son’s birthday which is today. He just opened it and we started putting it together and realized that the bar at the bottom of the hoop is defective. That the nut that the screw goes through broken off had broken off from the bar from the bar. Now it is too late to return it or replace it. At school, my 6 year old has been trying out various sports to learn the fundamentals and basics. However, when it comes to basketball, his school doesn't have adjustable hoops so there's no way for him to practice shooting. This is a perfect for him and his little friends to use. Assembly was pretty easy by following the instructions. There is also a video that shows how to assemble the pieces. You can adjust the height, it could be used indoors and outdoors and for added stability you could fill the base with water. We've been pretty happy with this so far! ... show more
