Update: Our net broke after a few months. I wish they would have an option to purchase replacement nets/hooks. We were looking for something short enough for our 1 year old who loves basketball! It’s great that this can grown with him. When my toddler puts his weight on the rim it bends down a tad, but it can be bent back up. My only complaint is that I wish the net was more secure. It just sits in the hooks around the rim and I have to put them back if they get knocked out. There also weren’t set up instructions with ours so we can to figure out where to put a few things, but it wasn’t too bad. Kids love playing with this hoop in the basement. They enjoy being able to do an outside activity in the house. easy to put together. Added sand to the base instead of water as a precaution. Not full size in any way.

Sorry I'm not to good about adding photos. The hoop is working great for our 2yr old grandson. He loves throwing balls an this keeps it from going everywhere., plus he learns to concetrate. It was easy to put together and I love the fact that as my grandson grows so will his basketball hoop

    • Small rim, poor longevity
This was a great little basketball goal for 1.5 years for our son (ages 1.5-3 at the time). However, the rim is really too small, the ball fits in it but there should be more room for the ball to fit. After 1.5 years the red paint of the rim is now flaking, which is less than ideal for our baby that is now crawling on the floor. This goal is now making its way to the barn. ... show more

Was a little skeptical given some of the reviews but this turned out to be awesome. All 3 of my kids (up to 8 yrs old) love this and it was super easy to put together. If you don't have a yard it can easily fit in the corner of a room. I put sand in mine to wiegh it down better than water and it turned on great. Buy it! You won't regret it. ... show more

Bought this for my 5 year old. I have no issues so far. Assembly was easy. Definitely needs sand or water in the base to make it more sturdy. With the size of the pole the backboard is attached too, definitely do not have your kids do slam dunks!!! I could see something break with any extra weight added. Also, can't use normal basketballs (of course the smaller size) bc the weight of the ball might break the goal or backboard. It comes with a rubber ball (and pump) and that ball works great. So, if you need another ball, definitely go with the rubber bouncy balls or kickball from the store. My 5 year old loves it and he is excited to play basketball like his older brothers (12 & 10) do at the playground. ... show more
