Our cat absolutely loves this toy and has played with it all day since she got it. Would definitely buy again! UPDATE: we have had the bird for 7 months and it has gone through quite a bit. Our cat is still obsessed with it, but the battery was running out and getting quieter and she had chewed some holes in it, so we decided to get her a new one. We ordered the hedgehog one because it was cute, but I wouldn’t buy that one again. We had no idea what sound a hedgehog makes, but the recording in the toy honestly sounds like a scary witch laugh. It doesn’t really bother us, but I can tell our cat doesn’t like the hedgehog (or maybe just it’s noise) as much as she loves the bird. Overall, the bird is 12/10. The hedgehog gets a 7/10 because it’s noise is so weird, but our cat does still play with it.

The media could not be loaded. It’s a hit! My cat turns her nose up at all toys because they are all beneath her high born standards. But not this stuffed chirpy bird! She killed it until it was dead and then licked her face clean. I actually bought this for my orange and white cat who keeps darting out the door and killing birds. We are trying very hard to make him stay inside and I hoped this would help. He poked it, bit it, tore a feather out (so parental supervision may be needed), and then once he was convinced he had killed it, he sniffed the room to see if anymore birds made their way inside. Then, he also cleaned his face from his “kill.” So, success with both cats! I’m not sure how long the very realistic feathers will last because they were pretty brutal with it on round one, but the chirping sound should continue to entertain regardless.

We got the bird and it has very realistic chirping and motion activation works great. When the cat plays with the bird it chirps and he goes wild. he carries it around in his mouth and rolls around on the floor with it. Our cat is about 2 years old and he won't share the toy with our other cat. The other cat is really enjoying the Petsafe automatic laser mouse toy but I will review that one next.

This product looks great however, it is very hard to get a noise from it. I have t squeeze it very hard so my cat is not able to do it. After that review the producer contacted me and made everything to keep me satisfied as a client. A few days later I received a brand new product that works perfectly. Thank You. My cat just LOVES these toys! Each Mouse, Bird, or Bug (Cricket, Bumblebee) makes impressive sounds of what they represent. Squeaks, Chirps, Whistling, or Buzzing, they sound so real! I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my first order of these toys. Since then I have purchased several more, especially as gifts for my friends' cats too. My cat plays with these as if he were a dog. He fetches, chases & jumps up in the air to catch them. Recently he started grabbing them and then he runs playfully around, under my bed, or elsewhere to hide — but the chirps, buzz, or whistling gives him away every time. I highly recommend you try these and enjoy hours of fun with your precious cat!

The media could not be loaded. I got the three pack because I have two kittens. The reviews I read said that most of their cats really loved the bird so I got the bird, mouse, and bee. I was anticipating the two fighting over the bird when I received it, however, I tossed it on the ground (it chirped once ) and the black one came over only to smell it then walked away. The grey one didn’t even bother to come check it out. Then I threw the mouse on the ground (it gave a series of squeaks) and the grey one immediately raced for it and started playing with it. If he dropped it, the black one would have a turn at it and carry it away. The motion activated sound kept making the toy squeak continuously which I feel helped keep them entertained. The bee came with a loop on the backside so I tied it to their climbing tree and they love playing with that as well. The bird just sits on the ground making a chirp only when my girlfriend or I accidentally kick it and then nothing. I think the bird would be better if the chirping lasted a little longer like the buzzing from the bee or the squeaking from the mouse. Maybe, my kittens (5 months old) will grow to like the bird as they get older. The durability and thickness of the toys are great. They have lasted two weeks now. Will update once the toys rip or are no longer entertaining to the cats. So far the mouse is the pair’s favorite so I may get another one so they don’t have to keep fighting over it. Then I realize that they’re like kids and they are as happy to play with the package that it came in. No need to spoil them. ;-)
