I purchased these light to line the driveway. I got enough to get started with the project. Found the Light to be weak and not last more than a couple of hours. I replaced the batteries with some 1100 mAh batteries. Lights last at least 6 hours now. These would not light up a walking path, but work well to mark the edge of the driveway. I have gotten 2 sets of these and they havr lasted several yeara now! I leave them out year round. Have only had a couple quit working. I will be getting more to add in the spring. They make a pretty design on thr ground, especially if there is snow on the ground!

First, the simplicity of the lights are great, extremely easy to setup. The lights looks good, even complimented by one of my neighbors. Unfortunately, I had to give them a 3-star because I bought 2 boxes of 16 (2nd box for spares), and after 5 months, 12 no longer work and now I have to try and find a place to recycle them. I have 5 left in the box as spare, with 15 still working, but not sure how long. The picture shows the tops of the ones that no longer work. Right out of the box they all work. Dim lights but pleased so far. This is a good company to deal with. UPDATE: After 2 nights of all 12 working, one decided to stop. Wrote to company and they want a picture of the non working light. How stupid is that? Oh well, I guess I now have an 11 light set. Very disappointed. The saga continues: after my negative review, the company says they will replace the defective light. If this is true, I applaud this company for making this right and offering very good customer service. Update: Company made good on problem and I am really impressed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ... show more
