A simple vista parece que es una de las mejores opciones del mercado, con buenos componentes, el hecho es que a la hora de probar el producto el rendimiento es pesimo, presenta dificultades hasta para proceso basicos como abrir una carpeta de windows, con tiempos de carga prolongados hasta para lo mas basico, ademas se apaga repentinamente en condiciones de temperatura normal, en programas de edicion como adobe lightroom o adobe photoshop crasheos continuos que no te dejan trabajar mas de unos cuantos minutos hasta que el programa vuelve a fallar por "problemas de graficos" se conecta y desconecta la grafica dedicada continuamente lo que genera graves errores visuales y de procesos que la estan usando, ademas sufre limitaciones segun las investigaciones que hice en foros se debe al programa GIMATE que limita e rendimiento a su gusto incluso aunque en windows configures alto rendimiento energetico el programa va a modificarlo cuando lo crea conveniente, lo peor de todo no es solo el mal funcionamiento de la notebook sino los apagados repentinos que siguiente a eso la pantalla presenta Static screen. Mucha suerte detectando estos errores, va a pasar mas de 30 dias, amazon no se quiere hacer cargo y te envia a hablar con gigabyte, mucha suerte tambien si gigabyte les da una solucion, en mi caso soy de argentina y no dan solucion ya que el soporte es para USA o CANADA ... show more

Lots of drivers are dead or die quickly for some reason. Can't use it without external mouse now and my audio drivers haven't worked since I got it.
