The photo frames themselves are fine for the price. On the back, the metal levers that hold the cardboard cover to the frame don’t necessarily have room to completely turn to hook themselves under the edge of the frame — but they will turn to fit at least partially under the edge of the frame, enough to get the job done. I don’t expect perfection at this price point. The most annoying part of this product is its styrofoam packaging. Although it protected the frames just fine (no damage at all), it’s that kind of cheap, brittle styrofoam that wants to shed a hundred tiny pieces of itself from the slightest touch — including sliding the styrofoam shell out of the cardboard outer box that it comes in. Make a note: Unpackage this outdoors or in your garage, or you’ll be chasing tiny bits of styrofoam inside your home for a week.

Everything looks great except for one issue. The frame hardware can dig into your photo or artwork. I find that out on my first framing. This can be eliminated by cutting a piece of foam wrap and placing it between the photo & frame backing.
