I ordered this for my the gentleman I'm dating as a birthday present. Like most American men, he carries his phone, wallet, etc. in his pockets. When he visits me, he needs somewhere to put all his stuff, so I thought he might like this valet/docking station. I had some trouble with the delivery because I didn't realize that extra-fast shipping meant it would arrive via DHL, which requires a signature upon receipt. However, the seller was very responsive and refunded my extra shipping fee when I asked (since the item didn't arrive as quickly as it was supposed to). I'd wanted it to come early, so it was still on time for me to give as a gift. When I got it, I opened it gently and pre-assembled it to make sure it worked. I could tell the craftsmanship was amazing, and the pieces fit together perfectly! It definitely didn't have the "factory-made" quality of something I'd buy elsewhere, and his name embossed on the front was the icing on the cake.

Bought this as a gift for my husband for Father’s Day and it is actually a quality piece. It’s easy to put together, looks great , and my husband LOVES it. Worth it to get this, he loves having this to put all of his stuff on and constantly uses it. This is a great product!

If I can remember, I'll come back and update. I don't remember what color I ordered but I wouldn't reorder it in this color. It's hard enough to see the inscription that my husband didn't even notice what it said until the next day. That being said, it's adorable, makes a great gift, easy to assemble. It just doesn't fit on the shelf where I wanted it. Tempted to cut it but scared it'll mess with the stability of it. He's used to putting his stuff in a basket do for the pocket collection to be in the back is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. I suppose it's so the clutter is hidden but scooping up is easier than reaching over. Otherwise, we love it! Fairly handy.

No one in our family really liked it. The room you see in the photos for each item is really conjested. It is not a solid wood. Feels like partical board with roughish edges. It does have the slits and spaces. So buy it if none of this matters to you.

I recently purchased two personalized wood docking stations as gifts. Despite a post office mistake with delivery to the wrong address, the seller's customer service was exceptional! They promptly assisted with resolving the issue with efficiency and courtesy. The docking station itself is wonderfully crafted and functional. Kudos to the seller for turning a potential frustration into a positive experience!
